The advantages of the electromagnetic hammer

  • Used to strike a bell that is static
  • Its function is to toll the hours, the angelus, knell, tocsin…
  • Control by a BTE 1 or OPUS Master Clock
  • Its power is proportional to its size and to the size of the bell

  • To prevent damaging the bell the hammer head is made of mild steel
  • The tropicalized coil which triggers the strike is varnished under vacuum

  • Controls the swinging movement of the bell in its starting and breaking phases
